• Appointments must be booked through Setmore or directly with the therapist.
• Cancellation policy: 24 Hours' Cancellation Notice Required, otherwise a 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged
• No-shows will result in a 100% Fee at the therapist’s discretion.
• Refusal of service may occur if safety, health, or ethical concerns arise.

• Payments are processed securely through PayPal.
• Refunds are not issued for completed services, unless there is a service-related concern evaluated by the therapist.

Elevation Rehabilitative Massage maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior, harassment, or requests outside the scope of therapeutic massage. Services will immediately end if boundaries are violated, with full payment still due.
