I have been a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) since 1998, with over 25 years of clinical experience focused on reducing pain, improving mobility, and restoring functional movement. My work blends therapeutic techniques with a practical, assessment-based approach.
To earn and maintain my Florida license, I completed:
My post-licensure education and hands-on experience include specialized training in:

Postural analysis evaluates how your body aligns and carries itself in stillness and in movement. Small shifts in alignment can create significant stressors on muscles, joints, and nerves. I use postural assessment to:
By combining postural findings with hands-on massage therapy, I'm able to create treatment sessions that are specific, informed, and built around what your body actually needs.
My practice is centered on three priorities:
➤ Reduce pain at its source
➤ Restore healthy movement patterns
➤ Support long-term structural balance, not short-term relief
This is not a “one size fits all” massage. Every session is based on what your body presents that day: your posture, your symptoms, your history, and your goals.
Upon graduating from Georgia Gwinnett College & Life University in 1998, I focused my practice on the staff & students at Life University. From 1999-2010, I owned & operated Professional Massage Therapy for Women, a holistic practice that centered around pre- and post-natal massage. From 2010 to 2022, I successfully owned & operated Elevation Rehabilitative Massage in Forsyth County, Georgia, serving clients with chronic pain, postural concerns, and injury recovery needs. I worked closely with Orthopedic surgeons, Chiropractors, and Physical Therapists in the community. During that time, the practice earned community recognitions, including:
These acknowledgments reflect both the clinical results clients experienced and the trust the community placed in my practice.
After relocating to Florida, I brought the same level of professionalism, therapeutic focus, and structural assessment approach to my work here on the Gulf Coast.
Fun Stuff:
When I’m not helping people move better, you can usually find me near the water with a fishing pole, toes in the sand, or somewhere with copious amounts of coffee in hand plotting my next creative project. My creativity shows up in various places: I draw, build websites, manage social media for small businesses, write poetry, and every now and then I stand up at an open mic and say the quiet parts out loud.
My heart belongs to my three grown children (my favorite people on the planet), and...let's be honest...Kendrick Lamar.
I’m a social advocate, an admirer of sunsets & constellations, and I think I'm a pretty awesome cook… but don’t ask me to bake cookies. Seriously. It’s a long story and the cookies lost.
I believe movement is medicine, healing isn’t linear, and coffee absolutely qualifies as a love language. If we can improve your range of motion and l can make you laugh along the way, even better.

Rotator cuff & shoulder rehabilitation is my absolute favorite work to do. Helping clients to be able to move more freely in sports & day to day activities is why I love this field!

Charity 5ks were always such an amazing opportunity to meet & interact with the community. I sponsored with North Georgia & Big Peach Running Company offering post-race recovery massage and movement education for athletes.

High school athletes are prone to repetitive injuries as well, and I worked with many, especially baseball players. Pitching, in particular, can cause an asymmetry in the shoulders & spine, leading to postural imbalances, or winged scapulae.
